My belief is that one of the most important features of any counselling and psychotherapy is the relationship between counsellor and client. We will spend time getting to know one another and building up a trust between us that will nourish the relationship and give you confidence to share and process your feelings with me. My experience is that you can gain much just by being given space to voice your feelings and anxieties in a confidential and non judgemental way.
